A rich archive with authentic recordings of songs of the Jews of Thessaloniki. These are rare recordings, in excellent quality, which were donated to the Jewish Museum of Thessaloniki by the researcher himself. The archive is one of the most valuable in the collection, as it includes songs that are extremely rare, often unknown and absent from other databases. These recordings offer an authentic look at the musical tradition of the Jews of Thessaloniki, making them an invaluable tool for future research and preservation of cultural heritage. For now, we analyze only three of the songs in the collection. More will be added in the future.
